LightHouse focuses on sustainable training to provide long-term results, not short-term satisfaction. We show women that lifting heavy is the key to overall health and longevity. Whether you’re trying to build muscle, lose fat, build confidence, maybe all three… lifting heavy is the most efficient and effective way to do so.
We change women, physically and mentally, without counting calories, endless cardio, or any gimmicks. Our proven Squat-Push-Pull training method is centered around safe and effective barbell weightlifting coupled with accessory work with neccesary rest/recovery days built in. Everything we do is straightforward and efficient with a long-term intent.
