Meet Lauren Bradley

With over 15 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, Lauren combines her B.S. in Nutrition and certifications as a Holistic Health Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist to help her clients achieve sustainable physique transformations. Lauren’s own struggles with fad diets and weight gain led her to embrace balance, maintain a 20-pound weight loss for over a decade, and find freedom with food. Lauren will teach you how to make nutrition simple and enjoyable while helping you get the results you want.

Nutrition Consultation

60 minute consultation with Lauren to discuss her approach to Nutrition and how it can benefit you, followed by a Q&A session.

Consultation with Lauren to discuss goals and set daily macros. Learn what macros are and how hitting them will improve your fitness and nutrition goals. Included with the macro planning is a follow up consultation to discuss progress.

Macro Planning

A more hands-on option for women wanting full support, accountability, and direct coaching.

Personalized Macros — Tailored exactly to your goals: fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition.

Daily Text Support (Monday–Friday) — Get answers to your questions, help with food choices, and support whenever you need it.

Weekly Check-Ins — A review of your week and suggestions for next week’s goal(s).
