Current Member Registration Options

Current members are encouraged to keep up with their current workout routine and continue to increase their strength. The Summer Shred Challenge is primarily for new clients who we hope to transition into weightlifting. However, if you wish to be a part of the challenge you have two options (see below).

Option 1

Get a friend to register for the Summer Shred Challenge and your personal challenge registration fee will be waived. Send them the referral registration link below to register.

Option 2

Register for the Summer Shred Challenge at the discounted rate available for current members.
